Welcome to our picture perfect suite located in the back of our 100+ year old lovingly restored bungalow. Forget your car. all the restaurants, beaches, nightlife and the river are just steps outside your door. Grace Realty inc. office is located in the front of the building, but you have your own private entrance and the original claw foot tub in the private ensuite bathroom. All the amenities are here for you, so relax and enjoy. Take a left past the home and park outside the door, which is the second set of stairs. There are two guest cottages behind the home and a one bedroom suite, Her Fisherman, in the front of the home, so you may see other guests from time to time. 

The space:

Located in the heart of Flagler historic district; tons of charm and character are found in this lovely suite. There is an outdoor shower to enjoy located in the back fenced area of the home. Bath robes are provided for use coming and going to the outdoor shower. Relax and enjoy all our lovely beach town has to offer. Microwave, wine glasses and Kuerig coffee maker in the suite for your use.

Guest access:

You are welcome to lounge in the back or come rock on the porch unless there is an event happening at the event center, The Mermaid and Her Fisherman.(see more information below) You will find access to the door on the northwest corner of the home

Park beside your room and enjoy a short walk to the beach and Flagler Avenue with shopping, restaurants and entertainment.  

The home is located in the heart of the historic district between the Indian River and the New Smyrna Beach. Two miles to the north end of the island is New Smyrna Dunes Park and 10 miles to the south end of the island is Canaveral Sea Shore. Just across the North Causeway is historic Canal Avenue.

Other things to note:

The Mermaid is next to our real estate office, Grace Realty, inc and in back of the other guest suite, Her Fisherman. There is a small event center, The Mermaid and Her Fisherman(see Facebook for more information,) on site for weddings, rehearsal dinners, showers, or any small, intimate event up to 40 guests.
