A rare 3rd generation Florida cracker, Melissa Grace Latty knows the prime real estate in Florida. Her family background is in medical and land investments with both parents graduating from Duke University. She went to Loyola in New Orleans for her BS degree in dental hygiene.  Melissa loves music, art, yoga, and dance. Growing up she traveled around the country riding hunters and jumpers on the equestrian circuit. She grew up in Winter Park and has owned GRACE REALTY, INC for more than 25 years. After having her son in 2002 she decided to open her second real estate brokerage and spend the majority of her time in New Smyrna Beach. "Life is too short to not live at the beach!" Helping others find the right home or real estate investment is something I'm passionate about. This is the result of making several moves during my own sales career and buying and selling homes each time. Richard J Russell has been a Realtor in Rochester, NY running 3 Prudential Real estate offices with 90+ agents and maintaining an average of $100 million in average yearly sales. His companies included owning part of a NY Mortgage Banking company and General Contractor for building and managing several Office Parks, and High End homes.

Richard relocated to Central Florida in 1997 and has been involved with Grace Realty for the last 5 years practicing his trade in Orange, Seminole, and Volusia Counties. His special area of expertise is Volusia County which includes cites of Deland, DeBary, Daytona Beach, New Symrna Beach, Edgewater among others.

Steve Clarke is a Realtor at Grace Realty in downtown New Smyrna Beach. Steve has been a licensed salesperson in Florida since 2000, and while not a native, having been born in the Bluegrass of Kentucky, Steve considers Florida his true home. After certifying hundreds of new and experienced scuba divers in the Florida Keys in the '90s, and owning a water sports business in Key West, Steve and his wife Angela moved to the beautiful Outer Banks of North Carolina. While there, in a rapidly expanding real estate market, Steve became a licenses Real Estate Broker, and still holds a license in that state.

Knowing they would always end up back in Florida, Steve and Angie purchased their home in New Smyrna Beach in 2008, and relocated here in permanently in 2016. While you won't find Steve Sitting in the office much ("it's too nice outside"!) you might find him at Olio Boutique on Cooper St., just off Flagler Avenue, helping Angie run her shop.
