I started my real estate journey many years ago and discovered my true passion: Helping others realize the American dream of homeownership! People aren't just looking for a home, they are trusting me to assist them with one of their largest investments, whether buying or selling. The things that matter the most to any customer are what I take pride in: reliability, fast response time, transparency, expertise and follow-up. 

 

I relocated to central Florida in 2009 after a 5-year real estate career in the greater Chicago area. Since moving to Florida, I have been involved in a different industry that afforded me the ability to be available for my 5 kids on evenings and weekends. Even though I have been involved in a separate sales & manufacturing endeavor outside of real estate for more than a decade now, I bring a strong love and proven record of sales as I have handled $95+ million in sales volume in the past decade. Now that my youngest (twins) are about to fly the coop, I am returning to my first love: Real Estate! 

 

I chose Grace Realty with Melissa as my broker, because she has 25 solid years of knowledge in the areas I am most familiar with: Central Florida and New Smyrna Beach!  I have more than a strong affinity for New Smyrna Beach and have frequented this area long before it became the hot spot it is today!
