Property Description

The room has it's own access from the front porch on the right side. it is lovely with 10' ceilings and all bead board stained wood. Queen size bed with a shower in the ensuite bathroom. 

There is a mini fridge, a Kuerig coffee maker and wine glasses for your convenience. Park beside your room and enjoy a short walk to the beach and Flagler Avenue with shopping, restaurants and entertainment.  

The home is located in the heart of the historic district between the Indian River and the New Smyrna Beach. Two miles to the north end of the island is New Smyrna Dunes Park and 10 miles to the south end of the island is Canaveral Sea Shore. Just across the North Causeway is historic Canal Avenue.

Guest access:

There is an outside shower in the back and all guests are welcome to use it. All guests are welcome to relax in the back area of the home if there is not a scheduled event.

Her Fisherman is next to our real estate office Grace Realty,inc and in front of the master suite, The Mermaid. There is a small event center, The Mermaid and Her Fisherman(see Facebook for more information) on site for weddings, rehearsal dinners, showers, any small intimate event up to 40 guests.
