This property was outstanding in every way. We loved it from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. Our stay was almost three months, and this house felt like home. We had a problem with the garbage disposal and it was repaired in a couple of days. The pool was perfect. The house was spotless when we arrived and it’s very easy to keep clean. We enjoyed frequenting the wonderful local restaurants in Edgewater and New Smyrna. The location is magnificent. Breezes from the inter-coastal water way, cooled us on even the hottest of days. We stayed until May 15 when the temps were rising into high 80’s and 90’s. We rode our bikes everyday, often to the beach which is a few miles away. But an easy and enjoyable ride. I can’t say enough good things about the property!!
