David has over twenty-seven years of Commercial
Real Estate Development experience. His diverse Commercial experience ranges from speculative land
purchasing to income producing property analysis and governmental rezoning land use approvals.
David's experience includes Business and Management Consulting
with extensive background in employee relations. David is an organized and analytical leader,
strong communicator, skilled seminar presenter and public speaker.
Native of Florida and Rollin College graduate and father of
two, David is currently residing in Maitland. He has extensive community ties, serving on many
boards ranging from governmental advisory boards to Chamber of Commerce executive and Heart of
Florida United Way of chairmanship.
David's career highlights include Commercial and Residential
management, acquisition and merger negotiations, oversight of Real Estate asset management
portfolios and the negotiator of Real Estate Brokerage transactions on behalf of the large
corporations, individuals and Real Estate Investment Trusts. David is an experienced recruiter
and trainer.
