I am a Winter Park Florida native, born and raised in the local area. Growing up, I was always involved with extra-curricular activities through school and church but my main passion was riding hunters and jumpers and competing across the country with my horses. I went to Lake Highland and graduated from Winter Park High School then on to Loyola University in New Orleans and Tallahassee for a degree in Dental Hygiene. After 10 years as a hygienist, I decided to pursue a carreer in real estate. I love viewing architecture and design and helping my clients find the perfect home. My current hobbies include spending time with my family, traveling, and volunteering with various youth programs and organizations. My passion has been in real estate for the last 11 years. I consider it a real honor and a priviledge to make sure my clients are well cared for and find the best possible real estate transaction to meet their individual needs. I am an excellent listener!!! I am a licensed Realtor. I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences and income property within the cities of Winter Park, Maitland, Altamonte Springs, Longwood, Casselberry, Oviedo, downtown Orlando and college Park to name a few. With over 15 agents to serve you, there are few places we do not know about. We have worked in every county in Central Florida. I truly love this area and pride myself on my knowledge of current transactions, school districts, neighborhood information, and related services, including mortgage, insurance and inspection information. Susan Gelineau came to Central Florida with her family from the Panhandle in 1960 and definitely has Florida sand in her shoes!
