Jennifer Lapp, Shirleyann Hughes, and Sue Solon have been a part of the Orlando and New Smryna Beach area Management market for the last 15 years. They are long time Florida residents, and have witnessed the tremendous growth in Planned Developments with Homeowners Associations over the last few years. Jennifer and Shirleyann work with some of Orlandos premier properties. After seeing the lack of customer service so often taken for granted in this industry, we decided there must be a way to make the relationship between the Homeowner's and the Property Mangement firm more rewarding by giving one on one service; educating the homeowners as to their rights and responsibilities within their communities, and the huge advantage of living within a properly managed Community or Condominium Association. Our number one goal is to promote excellent communication between the homeowners, the Board of Directors, and investors so that each one of our properties has the opportunity to grow and maintain the value of the homes. While our main office is in Winter Park, we have another location in New Smyrna Beach which is directed by Sue Solon. Her expertise in Condominium Association Management spans over 20 years.
