Susan McLain is a long time resident of the New Smyrna Beach area,
avid surfer and member of the Southeast Volusia Historical Society.  As a Broker Associate with Grace Realty, she brings a wealth of local knowledge and high proficiency in all aspects of residential real estate.  A Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyers’ Representative (ABR) and a Certified Resort and Second-Home Specialist (RSPS), Susan has never rested on her laurels.  Most recently designated GREEN by the National Association of Realtors®, Susan stays ahead of the competition by continually expanding her expertise and gaining the necessary knowledge to aid her customers.

Prior to becoming Realtor®, Susan enjoyed a 15-year career in marketing, which began at Florida Easter Seals in Orlando, followed by NASCAR in Daytona Beach and her latest stint as the Director of Public Relations for the Daytona Beach Area Convention and Visitors Bureau.  Susan is also Accredited in Public Relations.
