A rare Florida 3rd generation cracker, Melissa Grace Latty knows the prime real estate in Florida. Her Family background has been medical and land investments with both parents graduating from Duke University. She went to college at Loyola in New Orleans and loves music, Art, yoga and dance. Growing up she traveled around the country riding hunters and jumpers on the equestrian circuit. She grew up in Winter Park and has owned GRACE REALTY, Inc for over 15 years. After having her son she decided to open her second real estate brokerage and spend the majority of her time in New Smyrna Beach. "Life is too short not to live at the beach!!" She loves taking care of her clients and educating them on the various issues in our ever changing real estate market. She now serves on the Community redevelopment board in New Smyrna Beach and loves to help improve the community as well as participate in charity programs.
